The media is an institution that define the character of our society. The type of world they broadcast, meet the interests and requirements of the hegemonic structures.
The workshop aims to dig deeply in the complicated mechanism of media and how this determines our society to develop certain types of production, distribution, consumption and ideology, without the coercive power of the state or nation.
Through the videos Gema Rupérez's videos called "Missed call", we learn how to construct a campaign against the powers of the prostitution industries advertised on newspapers, by understanding the processes they use to create advertisements, through the verses of different poets of our history.
